This policy explains what personal data OT Toolkit collects when you visit our pages or buy one of our digital products, what we do with it, and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

• Purchase data: name, email address and the country associated with your order. This is what we need to deliver your access and give you support.
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers. We receive only a confirmation that the payment was approved, plus the last digits or reference of the transaction. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Navigation data: standard technical information such as pages visited, approximate location by IP, device and browser, collected through cookies and measurement tags.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for clinical or health information about the children our customers work with.

2. How we use it

• to deliver your purchase and give you access to the materials;
• to provide customer support and process refunds;
• to send messages related to your purchase, and occasional emails about our products, which you can unsubscribe from at any time;
• to measure and improve our website and our advertising;
• to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who processes data with us

We share the minimum necessary data with providers that make the operation possible:

• Payment providers (including PayPal and card processors), to process your payment and any refund;
• Checkout and delivery platforms, to register your order and release your access;
• Email providers, to send your access link and support messages;
• Advertising and analytics platforms (including Meta), through measurement tags that help us understand which campaigns work.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to those above.

4. Cookies and measurement tags

Our pages use cookies and tags that are necessary for the site to work and that measure the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them does not prevent you from buying or from accessing materials you already purchased.

5. How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as necessary to provide access, honour the guarantee and meet accounting and legal requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• confirm what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• correct data that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data, when there is no legal obligation to keep it;
• stop receiving marketing emails.

7. Security

Our pages and access areas are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and payment data is handled exclusively by regulated payment providers within their own secure environments.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
